Hi, I’m Bre’Aisha Warren — a neurodivergent beauty industry leader with over 15 years of experience turning creativity into purpose, systems into success, and education into liberation. I started my first company at just 14 years old, publishing a youth magazine that gave voice to the unheard. That spark of impact turned into a lifelong mission to build opportunities for others to rise with beauty, science, and entrepreneurship as the foundation.

Today, I am the Founder of Lux Beam Management LLC and Lux Artistry Solutions Laboratory — platforms designed to empower creatives, youth, and underrepresented communities through beauty education, inclusive curriculum design, and strategic business development. My work blends the glam of makeup artistry with the discipline of business architecture and the heart of community building.

With certifications from Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women, NYU, Delgado Community College, and Tokyo Tech University, I’ve built systems that support everything from professional makeup schools and STEM-based camps to creative business incubators and private label cosmetic brands.

I am also deeply committed to mentoring, coaching, and creating spaces for creatives and entrepreneurs to thrive — especially those navigating learning differences, mental health recovery, and motherhood.
